Dieter Roth

Recently I picked up a book from the library out of the blue for some stimulating images. The book was called Roth Time: The Art of Dieter Roth. He was was a Swiss-German artist who came to light during the late 1950's and continued to create art until his death in 1998. The dude was super prolific and has recently commanded my attention amidst all the shit that I have to do for school. He made books, graphics, paintings, assemblages, sculptures and installation work as well as being a poet, musician and writer. He was incredible. Check out some of his stuff after the jump:
